What is the Morning Grind Mastermind?
The Morning Grind Mastermind is a monthly, peer-driven support group for entrepreneurs, business owners, and startup leaders in Coos, Curry, and Douglas counties. Hosted by the Southwest Oregon Innovation Hub (SOIH), this group fosters business growth, problem-solving, and networking in a collaborative environment.
Each meeting features 1-2 businesses presenting a challenge they are facing in a casual, supportive setting. The group—comprising fellow business owners and Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) like Small Business Development Center, Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, and South Coast Development Council—offers feedback, shares experiences, and connects businesses with helpful resources.
Our goal is to strengthen the regional economy by fostering business-to-business support, reducing isolation among business owners, and building a more connected, resilient entrepreneurial community.
